Design and Build of nine new Student Common Rooms across the UK from Glasgow to Cardiff, comprising a mixture of new build units and refurbishment of existing spaces to create bespoke relaxation and study areas.
The refurbishment site in Leicester also incorporated the addition of nine bedroom units within the existing available space.
