2018 saw a number of successfully completed high profile projects completed, culminating in the complex 24 week Peckham store extension project, incorporating mini piling within the existing building, installation of new travellator and lifts and expanding sales floor space by transforming redundant storage space within the existing building footprint, along with a full store refresh throughout.

All our projects are undertaken in ‘live’ and particularly challenging environments usually compounded by restrictions of space availability due to their city centre locations especially for skips for waste management. Uplands provide a phased 24/7 operational team to ensure all works are completed in time for peak trading periods. Continuity of communication on the part of the contracts manager and site-based project managers are instrumental to our successful delivery.
