Construction of a new mezzanine area to accommodate 160m² of staff welfare facilities. Conversion of a 12,000m² warehouse into an adaptable factory floor to suit clients incoming process, consisting of:

• Rewire and replacement of existing services electrical panels
• 800m of combined services ladder rack with electrical, water and industrial air services
• 3 x 120m of 400A electrical bus bar systems
• 300m of reticulate water system
• 800m of compressed air pipe work
• Installation of 1500 kW of space heating fed via a new 10000 litre oil tank.
