Works included steel frame construction to create extended first floor office space, with open car parking below at ground floor level. A Kingspan designed cladding and roof system with skylights created the envelope of the building to coordinate with the original. External lighting, electric car chargers and CCTV completed the external finishes.

Internal fit out included screed floor, new open plan space with a large office at one end. M&E installation comprised new heating and cooling systems, LED lighting, small power and data, extended fire alarm and new CCTV cameras. Other elements included glazed partition screens to separate the office and open plan areas with new doors completing the joinery along with fresh decor throughout.
