Our project managers and surveyors are empathetic and understanding, from the initial point of contact through to completion and handover and ensure the insurance company, loss adjuster and policy holder are kept up to date and fully engaged throughout the process.
The Uplands’ repair teams continually monitor projects against strict service level agreements, KPI’s, customer service calls and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Commercial building repairs
Commercial projects are delivered through our construction division. Through a combination of knowledge, experience and understanding, we help to minimise operational downtime, vital particularly in live environments.
Our in-house management team, workforce and specialist suppliers have decades of experience carrying out specialist works, ensuring clear and effective communication between all parties to the point of successful handover.
Every year we carry out thousands of insurance projects from small repairs to major damage re-construction throughout the South West of England and Wales.
