Uplands replaced the roof trusses and coverings, ceilings and internal walls, the staircase, kitchen, bathroom, electrics as well as the central heating system. We identified cost savings for the insurer by eliminating the need for a top hat scaffolding and also undertaking the works in two separate phases.
