The works involved the refurbishment and fit-out of an existing unoccupied industrial unit to provide a new vehicle engineering facility, incorporating a Compressor, Wheel Balance, Tyre Change and a number of vehicle ramps.

We were appointed by Asda to remodel their Superstore in Coryton, Cardiff in a ‘live’ retail environment. Construction work was phased and fully segregated from the public to ensure minimal disruption to trade.
